Joining us on the Faculty Factory this week for a very special reunion episode is Leigh A. Patterson, MD, MAEd. Dr. Patterson is Associate Dean for Faculty Development at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, and Chair of Emergency Medicine at ECU.

She discusses the shifts and developments in her career since we first spoke with her on the podcast nearly three years ago. As an Emergency Medicine Physician on the front lines, Dr. Patterson also chats with us about the challenges brought on by the pandemic.
