Listen now:
On today’s faculty development snippet episode of the Faculty Factory podcast, I discuss the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality preference tool.
This is the fifth Faculty Factory snippet episode, and if you haven’t already heard them, make sure to listen to the previous four:
- Prioritizing and the Art of Saying No (with Jennifer Haythornthwaite, PhD)
- Applying for Funding, Top Ten Things to Know (with Donna L. Vogel, MD, PhD)
- How Faculty Can Better Deal with Conflict (with Linda Dillon Jones, PhD)
- Professional Societies, Beyond Getting the Journal (with Donna L. Vogel, MD, PhD)
I introduced this Faculty Factory “snippet” concept on an earlier podcast episode. The snippet episodes aim to deliver faculty development content to all faculty members while on the go. We are hopeful that faculty can learn from these snippet podcasts while commuting, exercising, etc.
This is an important initiative with extra time to consume faculty development content becoming increasingly more difficult to obtain.
