Dave Yousem, MD, MBA, is back for today’s Faculty Factory podcast episode about how faculty can better nail the job interview.
We all know and love Dr. Yousem by now, this is his seventh visit to our show. He serves as Associate Dean for Professional Development at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
He is also the Vice Chairman of Program Development at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institution.

I mentioned an interview I did with Dan Shapiro, MS, PhD, around the 9 and a half minute mark of today’s podcast. Dr. Shaprio discussed innovative interviewing techniques in that podcast. These interviews have involved actors playing the role of a disgruntled faculty member. It’s was a fascinating discussion and dovetails nicely with today’s chat with Dr. Yousem.
