Who We Are
We are academic affairs/faculty development experts, leaders, and faculty members in academic health systems. We are managers, directors, program directors, assistant deans, associate deans, senior associate deans, vice provosts, provosts, and more.
The Faculty Factory is sponsored by The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), Office of Faculty Affairs, and the Faculty Factory podcast is hosted by Kimberly A. Skarupski, PhD, MPH.
Dr. Skarupski is Associate Vice Provost, Leadership Development, in the Office of Faculty Affairs with UTMB Health. She is a sociologist and gerontologist by training and has been practicing faculty development for nearly two decades.
