Dr. Termuhlen is a certified (ICF ACC) coach with more than three decades of experience in academic health, serving as a Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist and a faculty affairs professional. She is currently a Professor Emeritus at the University of Minnesota and Adjunct Professor at Drexel University, where she serves on the leadership team for the Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) program.
