About Today’s Speakers
Troy Buer, PhD, made his Faculty Factory Podcast debut way back in 2019. He currently serves as the chief of staff to Dean Rowley with the University of Virginia School of Education and Human Development in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Wendy Ward, PhD, ABPP, FAPA, FNAP, is a frequent Faculty Factory Podcast guest with eight appearances on our program, having previously joined us last in 2022 for an episode you can revisit here. She currently serves as associate provost for faculty in the Division of Academic Affairs at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).
Cynthia “Cindy” Rand, PhD, is a staple of the Faculty Factory community and Podcast. With a joint appointment in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Dr. Rand serves as Professor of Medicine in the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Department at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She also serves as Senior Associate Dean for Faculty.
